Limitations
We’d rather be upfront about what this tool can’t do yet:
- Malformed sequences (a % not followed by two hex digits) are reported as errors.

What does “treat + as a space” mean?
HTML forms encode spaces as +. Switch it off if your text contains literal plus signs.
