Combine two or more PDFs into a single document, in exactly the order you want.
How it works
How to use the Merge PDF tool

- 2
Set the order
Drag files up and down, or use the arrow buttons. Pages are combined top to bottom.

Click Merge PDFs. Your combined file is created instantly and downloads as a single PDF.
Why merge PDFs?
Many applications, from job portals to visa and university forms, accept just one file. Merging lets you send a CV, cover letter and certificates as one tidy document instead of a handful of attachments.
It also keeps related documents together: invoices for a month, scanned receipts for an expense claim, or chapters of a report exported separately.
What stays the same after merging
FreeToolsDaily copies pages as they are. Text stays selectable, images keep their original resolution and page sizes are preserved, so a mix of A4 and Letter pages stays a mix. Nothing is re-compressed or rasterized, and no watermark is added.
Limitations
We’d rather be upfront about what this tool can’t do yet:
- Password-protected PDFs can't be merged until the password is removed.
- Bookmarks (the outline panel) and interactive form fields from the source files aren't carried over into the merged document.
- Very large merges are limited by your device's memory. Up to a few hundred MB in total works on most computers.
