By using FreeToolsDaily (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

FreeToolsDaily provides free online tools for converting, editing and analysing files and text, and for everyday calculations. Tools may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time. No account is required.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you process. Files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to process any file you use with the Service, and for keeping your own backups.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
• Don't try to remove protection from documents you aren't authorised to access.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Don't use automated means to scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Conversions are performed automatically and may not preserve every element of the original (each tool page describes known limitations). 5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeToolsDaily and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service may display advertising and use analytics provided by third parties such as Google. Their use of data is governed by their own policies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
