What compresses well
Text, documents, spreadsheets and code often shrink by 50–90%. Photos, videos, MP3s and PDFs are already compressed, so zipping mainly bundles them into one file.
Limitations
We’d rather be upfront about what this tool can’t do yet:
- Folders can’t be dropped directly — select the files inside.
- Password-protected ZIPs aren’t supported.
