Lossless rotation
Rotation is stored as a page setting, so nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed. Text stays selectable and images keep full quality — only the page’s orientation changes, permanently, in every PDF viewer.
Limitations
We’d rather be upfront about what this tool can’t do yet:
- Rotates in 90° steps; for slightly skewed scans, use a scanner app’s deskew feature.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.

Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything runs inside your browser on your own device, so your files are never sent to FreeToolsDaily or anyone else.
Will rotating reduce quality?
No. The page content isn’t touched — only its rotation flag is changed.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Each page has its own rotate buttons.
