How it works
How to use the PDF to PowerPoint tool
- 1
Upload a PDF
Any PDF works, including scans.
- 2
Choose quality
Standard suits screens; High is best for projectors and large displays.
- 3
Download the PPTX
Open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
Pixel-perfect slides
Each page is rendered as a high-resolution image on its own slide, so fonts, layout and graphics look exactly like the PDF. Slides are sized to match the PDF’s page shape. You can add speaker notes, new text boxes and transitions in PowerPoint.
Limitations
We’d rather be upfront about what this tool can’t do yet:
- Text on slides is part of the image and isn’t editable.
- Large PDFs at High quality produce large PPTX files.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything runs inside your browser on your own device, so your files are never sent to FreeToolsDaily or anyone else.
Can I edit the text after converting?
Not the original text — it’s part of the slide image. To get editable text, use PDF to Word and copy text into slides.
Does it work with Google Slides?
Yes. Upload the PPTX to Google Drive and open it with Google Slides.
